Vikas WSP Limited, under corporate insolvency resolution process, announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Court-II, pronounced an order on September 9, 2026, allowing application IA (I.B.C.) No. 1538/2022 and approving the Resolution Plan.
